composting
taking some of the waste and turning it into a compost ... and in a year or two what the county does not use it self, it could sell off too landscabing companies.

2 comments for Idea: paper wasteby using one of the buildings on the complex, we recycle our own paper. By picking up, take it to the building, make paper, to be put to use on the complex. This might cut the cost of buying the paper, and the cost of trash removal some.
